Meet Booda Sunday Adeyemo
Every constituency has a story it tells about itself — Ogbomoso South's has always been one of resilience: farmers, traders and artisans building without waiting for permission. Booda Sunday Adeyemo grew up inside that story, not observing it from outside.
Before politics, Booda worked directly with community development associations across the constituency's wards, coordinating self-help projects — the kind that get a borehole dug or a culvert repaired long before any government budget line reaches it. That work taught him something most political actors never learn firsthand: the gap between a promise and a working borehole is where trust is won or lost.
He is contesting the Ogbomoso South State Constituency seat under the National Democratic Congress (NDC) not as a career move, but as a continuation of work already underway — now with the reach of the State House of Assembly behind it.
